Announcing the 2014 Rising Voices Microgrant Competition

Rising Voices announces the launch of the 2014 microgrant competition for citizen media outreach projects. Applicants can now upload their ideas to the site, and receive feedback from our community, as a way to strengthen their proposals and make connections with others. Deadline for applications is April 9, 2014.
