Rising Voices is pleased to announce that our Blogging Positively Guide is now available in the Swahili language thanks to the translation by Collins Oduor, who is part of our grantee project Repacted in Nakuru, Kenya, with special assistance by Deogratis Simba from the Global Voices in Swahili project. This guide was created as part of our “Blogging Positively” initiative that seeks to engage communities interested in the use of citizen media to have conversations about the issue of HIV/AIDS around the world.
The guide is available for download and used freely by organizations and individuals working in the field of HIV/AIDS education, prevention, and treatment. The guide is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.
With the Swahili version of the Blogging Positively Guide now available, the resource is now available in five languages.

All is possible with african languages, the native speakers of these languages must do their best to promote them. The languages show our real identity!
Thank you would not suffice Collins and Deogratis! Well done!
