The Global Voices podcast has returned, and Rising Voices is currently one of the featured segments. During our recent visit to the new grantee project “Youth Voices of Bandim and Enterramento” in Guinea-Bissau, we recorded a short piece of audio of the women's singing group called the Manjuandadi. It is this group, sponsored by the cultural group “Netos de Bandim,” which will participate in some of the workshops focusing on the use of citizen media, such as digital photography and audio recording.
