Public and community libraries in developing or transition economy countries are invited to apply for the EIFL's Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) grants [1]. Eligible projects will develop new services that use ICTs in innovative ways to address the needs of children and youth in their communities. Applicants may submit for a proposal for up to US$20,000.
Projects should:
- Take an innovative approach to meeting the needs of children and youth, and
- Use digital technology in new and creative ways, and
- Work in partnership with government departments or agencies, civil society organizations or technology innovators.
