Radio Cooperativa Tinku is non-formal. It has an antenna with a radius of 60 km from Mina Clavero, Córdoba. We will install 4 antennas networked with the central radio antenna. Each one will connect to a PC and a console. Mobile equipment and stations (3) will provide community service. This local identity is without representation and falls promoting their craft. RTC will provide e-courses to develop communication skills.

Describe the specific community with whom you will be working.
They’re ancient rural families living on the mountains without electric grid, isolated far from urban centers. Natural products are produced according to traditional techniques. They need to be connected. This network allows the exchange of knowledge, the approach of the new technologies, to have a voice in the world and promote their products. The radio will benefit from a strong local identity profile and to the promotion of local products.
What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
These will be related to the stories, techniques and knowledge themselves, reports, fairs, own musical expressions. It will spreads from the radio. Moreover there will be a node of organic and agroecologic products. They will build their own blog, once trained. They will instruct in posting of images, Facebook page and social networks. Some will access service internet on their phones. Each node will provide community service Internet.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?

Radio reaches near 60,000 people. The agroecological node will connect the quality certification groups, (LETIS, ICEA) and organic researchers (INTA, FIBL). The link to tourist business will implement circuits for showing the culture (TUPACHA). The workshops will be announced by radio and MSN and are will give in the nodes. There will be greater marketing and distribution. The tourism enterprises will give sustainability to project.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
There are 500 families from the mountains. The participation will be summoned by radio and MSN. Families have a need to link to tourists. The know-how on the net is valuable for them. They will be interested to link with organic research centers and foreign ways cultures on natural production. The agroecological node will be coordinated by a professional journalist Verónica Contreras, highly experienced. She worked in MAPO, IFOAM´s member.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
By mapping the demands for each country. Rising Voices can connect this to a wider network to detecting needs to share goals and interests in a process of mutual learning and for experiences exchange.
