    Hello Mr. Sikder,
It is indeed an interesting proposal for the Garments workers a deprive group of people of the community in Bangladesh. I’ve my continuous interest to study the poor and their well-being. Your project stands with an endeavor to augment the voice of the vulnerable section of the urban poor in Bangladesh.
So far I know about 150,000 garment workers major from young lady have been working. But your project targets only 120 which seems to be insignificant.
Thus what would be your vision to attain a outcome leaving large population behind the service delivery?

    Hello Killary,
Thank you so much for analytical comments.
The garments worker of the Dhaka city lives in urban slum in cluster houses. They live in groups, work in groups even walk in groups.
Though the project has its limitation to cover large population in a year but the 120 Garments worker selected from my nearest cluster enable me to provide intensive training backed by instant assistance and courage. Once the group earns capacity to publish stories of their own would result an obvious outcome. The impact of the 120 workers cluster will keep the pace to join other cluster eventually. Thus the vision of our organization is to raise voice, empowerment, find socio economic results but not the inclusion of large population at a time.
Thanks for your comment and I do hereby invite more comments from the friends.

    Hi,
Thanks for giving time and making a useful comment on my proposal.

As you may be aware that the proposal has its both time and resource limitations. Keeping those of limitation in mind the project intends to achieve a great outcome from 120 participants. It is expected even 12 successful participants may be sufficient to explore the whole garment community. It is not unlikely that large number of participants would come forward based on the evidence of the first comer.

The project actually doesn’t leave the whole population in behind rather indicates towards a great initiative. It would be a milestone while a significant portion of the trainee garment worker earn capacity on story building of their own.
    Thanks,
    Sikder
