Very relevant issue, well written, and phase wise plan seems to be a good strategy, i was actually imagining how it would be to apply your idea in Goa, India (a well know tourist destination).
I believe you must be having some measurable outputs…would be nice if you could share them…

Very interesting idea. The idea of using social media to promote culture is a necessary for the development of the countries. People today are very attached to social media which makes easier to promote a place. We have implemented a project like this and it was a success, so we encourage and value your project.
