The youth of indigenous communities, are relegated to many public spaces, and of course ICT is no exception, considering indigenous youth in the web 2.0, social networking, is also noticeable absence so this initiative is part of the need to promote digital inclusion as well as empower and strengthen the use of their native language as well as the exercise of leadership.

What locality or neighborhood will your project focus on?
La Paz
Describe the specific community with whom you will be working.
The population will be working with two groups of young Indigenous, the first groups is in Guanay – town Leco and the second group is Tacana Town in Abel Iturralde Province, both belonging to the northern Amazon of La Paz.
What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
This project will promote the use of the native language of the people Tacana and Leco , were generated content aimed at promoting the use of language with messages of rights of indigenous peoples and indigenous youth participation in political processes of Bolivia.

Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established that will contribute to the success of the project.
We have a strong working relationship with the indigenous people and consider women and young people as part of the organization. We have the relationship in both municipalities, and we build partnerships with organizations that promote indigenous languages as Ministry of Education and UNICEF, among others.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
We consider 50 young leaders (25 per each leco and tacana). Young people are gradually getting involved in the affairs of the community and become aware of the importance of communicating with activities so we thought if we set the twitter as a means to promote their culture, language and activities they will be able to get used to using this tool and communicate (tweet) at each meeting or assembly of Peoples
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
We are in constant contact with agents funders, NGOs and other companies who wish to support the training of young Indigenous. In this time we have visited the Konrad Adenauer Foundation International Idea Foundation, among other international donors and we generate synergies to create local partnerships that allow us to ensure project success.
