Mission of Association for Promotion of Entrepreneurship “START” is to raise level of entrepreneurship spirit among young people. Having in mind number of users of internet, social networks, as well as number of blog readers, we are strongly committed to fully utilize these channels in a way that we will create blogging platform (blogs, video blogs) where successful entrepreneurs will share their stories in order to encourage young people.

Our goal is to raise awareness about entrepreneurship and to encourage young people to think about starting their own business, so they will be beneficiaries of our project. In order to fulfill this goal we are establishing cooperation with existing successful entrepreneurs who are willing to share their stories, to speak how they started, to share their experience and all that through blogs and video blogs in order to reach wider audience.
What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
START BLOG is going to provide two types of content. First type is promotional content, created as case studies describing paths of the successful entrepreneurs. Second type of content is educational, blogs created by entrepreneurs on themes like marketing, how to start business, how to sell, how to pitch, how to find investors etc.

Association for Promotion of Entrepreneurship “Start” and people gathered around this organisations have 5+ years of experience in the field of entrepreneurship, “Start” is Global Entrepreneurship Week host for Bosnia and Herzegovina and through organisation of GEW we have partnered with numerous business support organisations and successful entrepreneurs which acted as mentors on events that we organized.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
We expect that we will gather 15 successful entrepreneurs for the basic, face to face, educational program on writing blogs and creating video blogs. That will be the core team for START BLOG. We expect other entrepreneurs to join us in the later phase and for that purpose we are planning to create webinars in order to secure their education.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
Networking with other individuals and organisations blogs covering thematic of entrepreneurship, start-ups, business stories, which are willing to collaborate, disseminate and share information's, blogs, stories. We are willing to translate and publish partner blogs in order to provide youngsters in Bosnia and Herzegovina with different perspective and different opinions on entrepreneurship thematic.
