Piam, consists in mythological histories native mapuche. These histories will be narrated by indigenous communities who live in rural area, they will be recorded in video, edited in a way didactic andexhibit in a Web page,where mapuche people can interact . The histories will be supported by drawings on the mitólogia mapuche, realized by Julio Muñoz,mapuche artist.These histories will be projected in rural schools for the mapuche children.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
There will create videos documentary, that narrate the mythology mapuche, with paintings that show the mythological personages of the histories. They will be adapted to a didactic form so that it serves as material of support to the education of the child mapuche. The content will be exhibited in Web site, of name Piam, created for this project, also it will be exhibited in rural schools of the zone.

I worked several projects with communities mapuche of the zone and rural schools, we are in constant contact and support. This is a project that we form between all and we see need to create, it is an urgency for the communities to show his history and to share it to the world. Especially in this region, where practically they are no represented, they do not even have any way to express themselves.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
every community will have a representative who will learn to deposit to the platform to interact, and this representative must teach to his community. Up to the moment they are 5 communities and each one is formed of approximately 50 persons. There is a strong commitment on behalf of them with the project and I will be coordinating and working indefinitely so that the most possible grows.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
I support unconditionally to the project, of economic form, with technical resources and with my knowledge. In turn I will be looking for more resources to make the project grow in the possible and that has a major scope of beneficiaries. There are cultural indigenous organizations also involved and with strong interest in his development.
