Students’ team spirit is key in their success. The main purpose of this project will be to better the morale of students through real life story telling. At the end of the project, the target group should be able to know how to create a group blog to take their conversation to the wider community, attract notice and impress others, and expand their network. These will be accomplished through workshops as well ongoing support and mentoring

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
Our vision is to see students and old students networked. Participants will be sharing their life story to students. The life stories will be posted on the blog. Students will share ideas and ask questions through the blog for answers.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?
Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established that will contribute to the success of the project.
We have established the connection with one secondary school in the community of which I am an old student. We plan to quickly bring all successful old students and the community leaders on board. Plans are in place to contact other schools in the community to participate in this project.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
We plan to train 600 participants of which 500 will be students, 50 old successful students and 10 community leaders. We will sensitize them on the benefits of the project. On going support and mentoring will be done.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
We would be glad to get technical advise from Rising Voices. Laptop computer, Video camera, Backup device, and Projector would be of great resource to ensure its success.
