We are happy to share that, at present we have a project of setting job for our students and on the 22nd of March 2010, 60 youngsters have been selected to do back office work for Dinshaw’s Dairy Foods Ltd. At present 60 students are working and 40 more students will be given training for the next group. Our target group in give training are 100 students and make them self sufficient.

Managing director of the Dinshaw’s Dairy Food Ltd. He was also not willing to offer the job for these special youngsters. There arises a lot of challenging questions and oppositions. Finally he has agreed to give, but he is not sure that these special youngsters would be able to do such a wonderful work. They have given it as a trial basis in the beginning, more than one year. How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
Our intention is to give them work initially in house till such time that they are able to go and work independently within the mainstream of society. At present 60 students are working and 40 more students will be given training for the next group. Our target group in give training are 100 students and make them self sufficient. But we have inadequate computer to train them all
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
The project will be a great help for such persons needing society’s attention as differently able, it will enable us to give them the adequate training which they need to enhance their ability and efficiency . It is also helpful to us in order to render loving service with needed facility and give better training and education to these less privileged children and bring them to the mainstream of the society.
