Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established that will contribute to the success of the project.

How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
The Silent no More initiative will equip youth with hands-on experiential and practical skills they can use to either more effectively look for jobs, or start their own businesses. These skills will remain in the youth long after they graduate from the program. 100 trainers of trainers will be reached directly and each will be commissioned to reach at least 10 each. An approximation of 1100 individuals will benefit. The platform remains.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
The need for information is a constant in any growing economy and this will remain a big factor in maintaining a positive impact to the individuals who participate in the project. Silent no More will seek professional contribution from Rising Voices partners fro all over the world to give an emphasis on the training ongoing at the local levels and this will give authenticity of the training taking place.
