This project is going to empower indigenous youngs to keep their customs and traditions through revaluing information of their communities since they will be allowed to invite people around the world to visit their towns.We will encourage youngs to use social networking in their daily live through a digital media basics workshop, social media contest and colaborative work.At the end,they will have tools for a base of tourism platform.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
The content will be based on the rescue of the cultural knowledge like language, traditions, legends, dances, celebrations, etc, of their communities. They will create forums, digital photography contests in blogs and social medias that allow the production of new information for people that want to know more about the mexican culture and places to visit.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?

First of all, we have the contact with the College including teachers, directors, and parents. Then we will establish agreements with the town council to improve the digital scholar resources for a better development of the project. And for the participant's training, we will ask for help in the universities with engineers of social service .
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
80 participants will be trained, we will sustain their participation with didactic training tailored to their real needs. Besides the training, we will involve their teachers to support their student's ideas by monitoring their activities and promoting cultural research of their communities.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
Training, diffusion of our organisation and projects, and the contact with other organizations and volunteers for the cause.
