Create a Platform of bloggers and a website to represent local communities, help the citizens to use technology and share their own stories, problems. It will be associate to high school students associations, university associations, journalist’s student association, local organizations, transport associations to keep a dynamic platform. Increase of citizen’s participation on Transparency and Good Governance and public service monitoring.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
Education quality is bad – children studying on the floor, no chairs; children not going to school, no money to pay it. Water and sanitation services quality are bad- families living with no water and proper toilets. Health Quality: people dying on the hospital’s line because they were not assisted. Transparency and Good Governance – violence reports from police during the elections time/ dead people voting/ police intimidating/abusing citizens

How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
I pretend to train around 100 high school students, university students, and journalist student/ Train the 3 local communities and work with 100 citizens each, on their centers. Total – 400 citizens
