Te project is to use the local youth beekeepers (males and females)to understand and participate in peaceful coexistence in Kaduna State in Nigeria through developing a viable network that will train members in beekeeping (as volunteers) and to preach and extend peaceful coexistence in order to have a safe society that will economically viable for youth development

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
The vision is to create a true to type information transfer network that will provide unadulterated information that will lead to peaceful coexistence and importance of beekeeping as a viable source for income generation for unemployed youths concerned.Also the idea is to the network into participating(in future) in fair-trade marketing of honey and beeswax
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?

We intend to collaborate with existing local organizations within each of the communities and also source for other viable NGOs (national and international) interested in development to participate with us.
In the field of beekeeping , we are collaborating with NGOs in beekeeping projects in Nigeria.To this end , we have received over $150,000 as grants and more than 10 volunteers .

How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
we intend to train 21 participants who will also serve as volunteers
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
We will appreciate technical advice and linkage with other NGOs and or volunteers
