This project will be implemented at Unioun Council(UC) Lamnian,district Hattian,AJ&K.Ther total 80 community activists will be trained in the field of Gender main streaming and women empowerment.They will be sensitized that why the participation of the women in development is most important and we can not ensure the real development in the region with out the active and productive participation of the women in all fields of the development.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
1-Interviews of the marginalized ladies at the targeted areas will be captured there along with pictures.
2-Three case studies will be documented and send to local news papers for printing.
3-17 times news will be sent to local news papers for printing there.
4-80 community activists will be trained and aware regarding gendermain streaming there.
5- PC report will be submitted to the donor organization along with one vedio documentary.

hoepfully we will succeed in getting funding for the completion of this project.After the completion of the project, we will form the community female groups(one group in each revenue village) across the proposed U/C as Community Organizations(COs).in the next comming project,two members from each CO,13 persons fron the women development department of the government of AJK and 20Persons of Other NGOs will be trained in gender main streaming.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
80 community activists(35 female and 45 male),covering 18 villages of the U/C Lamnian,district hattian, AJK.
All the participants from the far flung aeas of the lamnian will be nominated by the local notable persons,teachers,local members and community leaders.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
we need ,Digital camera, Digital vedio camera,multi-media, from the proposed funding. Remaining funds will be used for refreshment,stationary,communication,transport etc.
no more need any thing there.
All x- staf members of the organization will perform services there.

Hi Tarique,
I like your idea of working with community activists for women’s right. I have also submited a proposal for a project working with women’s economic enterprise. We need more people working to promote gender equality in all areas.
