The project will train Youth and Adults in digital content production of their own culture and as rural reporters. Within three days of training in Puno and continuous support through Internet, telephone and AM Radio for the production of documents, Audio and Video. It is intended that rural communities will be represented on the Internet, in their own language, while transmitting announcements and news between communities.

Describe the specific community with whom you will be working.
Aymara peoples of southern Puno, have been relegated primarily by digital gap and culturally by urban society, discriminating and neglecting their culture and customs in favor of an external Western culture.
It will work with the southern districts of the province of Puno: Puno, Chucuito, Platería and Acora, as we have contacts with Aymara speakers willing to promote the use of technologies on aymara speaking ones.
What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
They will record stories passed by word of mouth among older people, and learn to animation them in videos and post them on a group blog project (with the option of independence), in turn transcribed these stories in their own language and will be translated into Spanish and possibly English.
In addition to the stories the group blog will deliver news of community interest and ads between them.

How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
To seek there will be direct visits, reported by Radio AM / FM, Notices in rural transportation.
It is expected to reach a minimum of 50 initial participants. district of Puno, Chucuito, Platería and Acora. Although not close to this figure. They will be housed in the city of Puno in a community center during the three day event.
They will be encouraged and rewarded at the end of the year, and I will seek feedback for direct utility of project.
