It will value the activities performed Lachaqui farming community in the past to ensure water for irrigation. Inquire into elders, organization, rites, customs and celebrations that lavished the water and community documents. Be compiled into a booklet and a video that will be presented and distributed in the community, migrants in Lima and the world, national and international organizations, and airs on radio and TV Canta, Lima and abroad.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
It tells the story of how ancient farmers of Lachaqui were organized and carried out activities to ensure the provision of irrigation water for their agricultural activities, and recorded the Water Festival from 13 to 17 June this year, and that charges serves to renew water management and maintenance of the canal and communal reservoir. Collect in brochure and video, will be distributed in the community, and will be uploaded to YouTube.

The Centre for Research and Development – CIDER, has been working supporting Lachaqui community for over 20 years, and its Director was born in Lachaqui. Consequently there are connections and relationships and safe enough for the project's success in the field and the community.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
Three participants must be trained in project implementation. A sociologist, a Social Communicator Steering CIDER and implement the project. This team will be accompanied by the Director, who will guide and coordinate the gathering of information, especially the elders, such as facilitating access to documents communal past.
