This projetc is about “caló”, which is a lenguage that gypsy people speak. We want to make this community use new technologies to learn about their culture through its languaje and make it konwn to the people.

Our project include the gypsy community of Granada (Spain). They are called Gypsies to a community or ethnic group native to the Indian subcontinent, dating to the Middle Kingdoms of India, with common cultural traits but with huge differences between subgroups. They are based primarily in Europe, as indeed are the largest ethnic minority in the European Union, but are also present, but to a lesser extent, in the rest of the world.
What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
Our projetc will be create a blog whit news about the gypsy community, audios, photographs and videos. Also we will include other sessions like forum and stories about gypsy people (popular songs, gypsy cuisine…), history, etc.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?
Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established that will contribute to the success of the project.
We are going to meet with associations wich work with the gypsy community.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
