Bringing together 200 youthful revolution starters,serial innovators,out of the box thinkers and doers who want to uproot the status quo and make Kenya a better place starting from the grassroots. The event will provide a platform for the community's youth to assemble and discuss issues that avert them from realizing the full potential of effective relations with the government on matters that aim to achieve sustainable development.

Poland: Watchdog Kartuzy

Objective: social control of authorities Kartuzy Municipality. We want to achieve transparency in the activities of local authorities to ensure no corruption and effective public spending. Objectives will be fulfilled through access to public information and its publication in internet: official documents, our analysis and our recommendations to the authorities.

Nigeria: Using ICTs for Enhancement of Democracy in Niger Delta

Raising awareness and building understanding of (i) the potential of ICTs, particularly in the context of the vast numbers of people who are now able to connect in some way through mobile phones in Nigeria; (ii) democratic principles and practice; and (iii) the potential of ICTs for advancing democracy in Nigeria. Our activities shall include Workshops/consultations on how strategic communications and the use of ICTs can enhance democracy.

Cameroon: Digitising Cameroon Laws

DCL is an initiative to promote Cameroon laws and give citizens the possibility to criticize and make suggestions to improve them and as such, we will be addressing the needs of: Demystification and vulgarization of laws, Community involvement in developing and enforcing laws. Our web platform could be used to Monitor the popularity/unpopularity of laws, get alerts of the challenges faced in the implementing laws and legal e-consulting.
