India: Inclusion – Including Migrants to Decide about Migrants

To empower representatives of Internal Migrants (IM) / displaced Persons (IDP’s) to express their issues on digital platform (internet), by training them in: blogging, record and edit audio & videos, presentations and uploading them on Wikimedia, YouTube, slide share etc. We also plan to facilitate constructive dialogues between all stakeholders i.e. Migrants and the Native residents / citizens and by linking them on online platforms, website etc

France: Empowering Immigrant Women to Regain their Voice

The project aims to train a group of immigrant women in Nimes, France on the use of social network such as blogs, facebook and e-commerce sites (i.e Etsy.com). Exposing them to online social network as well as market opportunities online provides them an outlet to express themselves but also gives them an opportunity to use their skill and become economically autonomous, helping them regain confidence, find their voice again and use it.

Serbia: Azad.MOV – Video Advocacy for Migrants’ Rights

Azad.MOV project aims to to disseminate digital video producing skills among migrants residing in or transiting through Serbia. The goal is to encourage migrants to document human rights violations and promote their participation in the debate on the current migration policies. To achieve these goals we will organise workshops near asylum seekers reception centres and establish web platform for publishing video content created by trainees.

India: Kapasher ki Dilli

Kapashera is little known area in Indian capital where lakhs of migrants live in difficult conditions. Through our interventions we have provided this community a cultural platform and built their skills in photography and radio (basic level). We want to develop their skills to a level that they can bring their issue to the fore, by collecting audio and video information about Kapashera and displaying it on various platforms-online and offline.
