What need to be proposed here is affect of war in this area of Apala and Abia Sub-counties which resulted into traditional way of indigenous culture of animal keeping which used to support domestic income leading to too much poverty. Revising a sustainable livelihood approach in the rural setting is paramount. Because of insurgency loaded on them without quick government intervention led to silent poverty today. We shall focused our preventive measures on bad social culture such as domestic violence, low respect for elderly, which is worsening the situation today. I am already working with a small locally registered NGO as a voluntary chairman called AGAM DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION willing to work in this project. I will partner with Internet computer lab to train twenty people on methods of online photo loading using citizen media platform.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
.Media citizen fund will be used to train the community on digital photograph, video recording and mobile phones reporting. About 20 people will be expected to receive the training. Many of them will be volunteers, while other two will be mentors

Establishment of training and information Center for the community, IEC production for distribution.
