The project aims at voicing challenges faced by Kitezi residents which arise from the presence of a sanitary landfill in their vicinity.
Selected participants will be trained in video coverage and creating visual stories through photographs, use of internet, radio/TV to create a platform to express their grievances. A documentary will be produced to illustrate experience of community members, stories and narratives of challenges faced.

I have contacted the LCIII chairperson, community development officers at the district headquarters and community leaders of Kitezi. There is future partnership with Bukedde TV and NTV.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
Fifteen participants;10 youths and 5 adults shall be trained : The participants will be selected in consultation with community leaders. Residents will be sensitized using seminars and campaigns that will be organized in their community.The chosen media tools that will help in the voicing of the residents’ issues will have to be made familiar to the community members through training.
