Youth Partnership Uganda intends to implement a project that will focus on enforcing women rights through encouraging and promoting gender equality specifically among the youth. this project will focus solely on information sharing among women, men and the youth through blogging and video graphing. this will focus on training beneficiaries on how to use blogs and digital cameras to capture information and share it with other people on globe.

the population that will be worked with as regarding the project are the youth, women and men and the local leaders. the project aim to promote sustainable gender equity through information. therefore men being at the forefront of promoting negative altitudes towards gender equity.they will be involved to monitor the situation as the share the findings globally on the blogs as women also document their field experiences
What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
They will be sharing stories on the nature of human rights being enjoyed by women, what violations are being experienced by the women, men and youth.
the policies that are being provided by the local authorities to promote women rights as a cornerstone of promoting democracy.
they will also share information as regards to human rights understanding by the rural women and men so that they can further advocate for the Knowledge based approach.

Youth Partnership Uganda has Partnered with Upstairs Vocational Business College in Mpondwe Lhubiriha Town Council with the training facilities that will be used in the training the participants in blogging and use of computer to share information.
the community members have been networked with since we have already identified persons that will be involved in the project for sustainability including the local authority ownership.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
Youth will be 20 and will involve 10 boys and 10 girls selected from the sub counties of Karambi, Mpondwe Lhubiriha Town Council, Nyakiyumbu and Bwera
Men-20 will be the target because they responsible for violating rights
women-30 more women will be trained because they are the main target in the project and where we can get a proactive group since they will be advocating for their own rights.

Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
Raising voices should provide technical capacity building to the organization and its staff to ensure technical skills about raising the voices of women in promoting their rights.
