-NGO Victoria has collaborated with over 20 regional NGOs as well as government and journalists on a variety of topics. Once they complete this program they will be able to replicate the trainings in their towns and villages to broaden and strengthen the network of the Lugansk Portal

Through the Lugansk Portal all participants will have an opportunity to post upcoming events, discuss current projects, post videos and find collaborators on future initiatives.
The site will also offer mini/refresher courses to continue increasing technical knowledge.
The site will be open to all citizens, giving them transparency and ways to get involved.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
For sustainability/future growth, media tutorials, best practices, and up-to-date news on social media will necessary. Any assistance you can provide in this area will help us update the local portal (in Ukrainian/Russian) and provide live trainings throughout the region.
Connections with other Ukrainian or Russian speaking groups with similar issues will give us an opportunity to learn from best practices and build on each other’s ideas.
