Describe the specific community with whom you will be working.
Many young people from Africa (Sub Saharan Africa) do not have access to opportunities online. They could have access to internet 2 or 3 times a week, but lack locally based online programs that could engage them to become and promote social entrepreneurship in their home, school and community. This project will be offering ongoing E-Learning programs to young people in Zambia and abroad to make them become saviors of the world.
What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
Learning modules for each successive topic will be created with a course outline of 10 topics to last 10 weeks. Forums for discussing and sharing ideas on subject topics will be developed. Resources for learning business development, charity and social networking will be generated. Users will write assignment, exercises and tests online. They will do group work, attend webinars, post on blogs and do online course survey for their projects.

Other tools
Moodle -Content Management System for ELearning; Communicator2- Online API for sending bulk SMS
Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established that will contribute to the success of the project.
We have established partnership with public and school libraries to help spread the voice across. We will invite cooperate companies, organization and government ministries to support their favorite projects that users will Kick Start during their E-learning cause. We will also partner with communities where creative start-up project will be launched, nurtured and shared online with the world. And partner people who like or support our cause.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
At least 150 young people will have successfully trained on our E-Learning system at the end of one year. We will introduce competitions online to award participants who start and nurture a cause to win great prizes. SMS updates will be sent regularly and those who complete could become guest trainers or full time partners and get paid for their work on our online platform. Those with clever ideas could win training scholarships and even more.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
We would appreciate Rising Voices to connect us to networks and organization promoting start-up social entrepreneurial project in developing countries. We need laptops, training materials and partnership with expert trainers and designers to participate in mentoring our E-Learning participants on this project. We also would like support to attend trainings, conferences and other forums that could enhance social entrepreneurship projects in Africa
