This project is intended to raise funds for the promotion of livelihoods of the undeserved women in Uganda communities.In Uganda many women are under served or underrepresented in their communities therefor this project has come up to promote their livelihoods but lack funds,technical and material assistance to motivate them fully.

Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
The population of Adigo parish where i will work in suffer very much in the cases of domestic violence and being undeserved or represented the same with that of orungo village in Amuria district all in north eastern Uganda.They live by drinking crude waragi and and lack knowledge o g internet communication and Mobile phones therefore they have suggested that they open a computer training center so that the outside world also know and intervene in their problem solving.In orungo village a lady known as Amoding Joyce is living a horrible life un attended to because she is amputated in both arms and nobody knows about her neither her suffering is reported.She is being assisted by her helpless husband.see pictures.
Who else will be on your team to help implement the project?
WILLIAMS.A MOI will be the project director,Okello Innocent project assistant,Odeke Robert project manager and Atim Joyce administrative assistant.
What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
I WILL ENGAGE IN WRITING FUTURES WEBSITE STORIES.and submit pictures as well.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?
Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established or plan to establish that will contribute to the success of the project.
WE ARE FORMED INTO THE NORTH EASTERN MEDIA PEACE INITIATIVE ORGANIZATION which needs much assistance in developing good future stories which will promote the plight of women in rural communities in Uganda.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
I wish to train forty participants in two parishes in two districts in northern Uganda.we will use baseline survey and selection methods for them to be trained.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
I WILL PROVIDE THEM KNOWLEDGE ON SOCIAL MEDIA USING MOBILE PHONES.iN REMOTE VILLAGES IT IS EASIER TO LEARN HOW TO USE MOBILE PHONES THAT OTHER INTERNET FACILITY WHICH IS VERY COST.
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
We need forty laptops connected to usb modems ,hire a hall,project and one video camera for training of participants.my current relationship with the community is cordial and people there trust me as the only journalist trained around to serve them the undeserved in that community.they believe that i will bring change to them and promote their livelihoods.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
THE RELATIONSHIP IS SO CORDIAL THAT THEY BELIEVE THAT IAM THE ONLY KNOWLEDGEABLE JOURNALIST TO BRING CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT IN THEIR COMMUNITY BY INTRODUCING SOCIAL MEDIA TECHNOLOGY.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
lack of materials such as laptops,workshop materials,transport means,communication,security treats from govt agents,political interferences,hostile communities and bank regulations to finances .we hope to overcome these by abiding by the laws of the country and to observe human rights .
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
by the number of people trained .the level of knowledge received ,the way participants have perceived the project including the communities,use of questionnaires,hold communal meetings,inspection of project sites ,hold face to face meetings.
