Enhancing Comprehensive service delivery on TB/HIV/AIDs prevention and impact mitigation in rural communities of Nigeria through Citizen media services (ENHANCE PROJECT). What locality or neighborhood will your project focus on?
Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
Efut community is located in the located in cross River state with an estimated population of about 500,000 person.
The communities we have identified are under represented online with a high prevalence of communicable disease. There is no internet connection in those communities. Presently world Bank, WHO and USAID has provided some support to community health service providers to do an intervention program for this disease such as TB, Malaria and HIV/AIDs. So there is high need for these community health provider to acquire skills that will bring the intervention alive to the global community. We conducted a community participatory appraisal on this project, by our evaluation this project is an essential need for our beneficiaries. There need capacity on citizen media.

My organization as established partnership with Association of movie producer of Nigeria, cross River agency for the control of Ais (SACA), Coalition of Grass Root NGO.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
The Pilot project will be 60 participant. Technically we shall established major linkage with governmental and private institutions. Like micro-finance Banks For financial sustainable, beyond the fact that Oten Ita foundation has her organizational financial sustainability plan which include, income generated from our fish farm, continental farm, mushroom farm, Psalm schools and donation from trustee and member of the public. We shall also established strategic public private partnership with international and private donors through submitting our project activity report of this project. We ensure that the project is visible to private donor by creating a blogger update, and other social network. we have permanent office space and four liaison offices in project areas, with strong passion

We have trained staff and team that will implement this project. we will trained our participant on video/photo camera handling, script writing, video editing and the art of film production. This is very necessary for reporting project. we will show them how how to work with java and other social media tools

there is no challenge at all, except for any unexpected climate change which its possible is below o.1%
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
Oten Ita foundation has an existing policy for monitoring and evaluating of her projects. All projects implemented by the organisation shall be evaluated periodically. The tools used for this evaluation will include;

The project monitoring and evaluation shall be carried out before and after the conclusion of activities. Specific evaluation shall be carried out by the Monitoring and evaluation officer (M&E officer) and the result for this process shall be used to measure the success of the project and then use has a model for other interventions.
