Cameroon: The Plight of Single Teenage Mothers in African Communities

Single teenage mothers suffer stigmatisation and discrimination daily in their lives from family through the community. This has led to many of them being infected through continuous sexual abuse, rape and assaults. In some cases femicide has been committed against them. In a nutshell, we want to restore these victims as survivors in communities and empower them through vocational or professional trainings that would build their skills and offer them with sustainable means of livelihood through access to support for micro business incentives. Also, enable them to care for their children.
