Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
Realistically, VIHEMA will engage the following measures to make and credibly keep the society in touch with the Implementation of the project.
• Mobilization of the community to appreciate the project and own it so that its sustainability is assured.
• Grouping the community members according to their social affiliations, age and mobility abilities.
• Organizational training sessions in the same categories of age, social affiliations and mobility abilities.
• Set up resource centers in specific communities so that members of such places are exposed to interactions and access their desired information in the things they are not conversant with or they want to know.

Who else will be on your team to help implement the project?
VIHEMA is an advocate of people with deafblindness ,however, this project will be implemented inclusive of the other personalities with either no similarities to VIHEMA audience or more than what VIHEMA advocates for .In this case we expect to engage people with disabilities in general, upright young and adult women as well as youth in schools and out of school.
What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
Following the purpose of this project ,the literature of news and stories will by way of consistence be those that promote a culture of reading and research in our young people in particular women and young mothers .These are in otherwise stories involving messages about HIV/AIDs, Tourism and environmental issues along with stories such as sports and education at large.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?
Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established or plan to establish that will contribute to the success of the project.
To successfully achieve the goals of this project, VIHEMA has structures entrenched in all the regions of Malawi and has a base connection with most grass root members. In other ways, VIHEMA already has a handy understanding to the effect that this project will not have prominent hassles to implement.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
To fully appreciate the realities of the project to be implemented, VIHEMA will train one hundred and fifty people for a start, and increase the intake after a thorough evaluation of the whole project. The outcome of the first attempt and its results will determine the increment rate.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
To sustain the project, the trained personnel will be advised and exposed to group dynamics and management skills so that they are familiar with active and progressive systems of life .They will be provided un disposable technological gadgets so that their participation is not compromised with external forces other than the laid transformative ethics of the project.
Taking advantage of the existing characters, VIHEMA has settled its ideas on using computerized gadgets .This means that the most community used media will be the social media through the internet. In some cases, it will be coupled with the usual waves of radios as well as computers.
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
VIHEMA has professionally brought into the project the training modules and methodological expertise so as to technically touch base with attitudes of the many people in the committees of communities where this project is going to be implemented .The expected technology in these communities is appropriate because these communities have the highest rate of illiteracy hence the register more cases of sexual abuse on either defilements or harassment .They also have the highest implications of issues concerning suicide and domestic based violence’s. We believe that once this project is unfolded, some of these useless issues will not find room in the communities receiving this type of a project. What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
As an advocate for the deafblind persons ,VIHEMA has a close link and contact with the people of this area and the local leaders are so cooperative
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
In every work, there are expected challenges and in this case ,we already have ordinary expected challenges in implementing this project .Some of them are.
• Lack of readily resources according to plan
• Limited mode of communication with the communities because they are surfaced by un educated people.
• Entrenched negative attitudes towards the planned projects.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
VIHEMA will open up a social media through which special contact persons will extensively be on the web to detect inflows of communication between those entering the page .It will also be so easy to feel the impact of the results at the end of the project. VIHEMA will also set standards to which qualifications will be determined by peoples mindset shift used as an indicator of success or failure .This project is expected to last for six months on condition that it starts in June this year.
