We have our committees in district at different level for mobilization and sensitization of community which continue to train the rest of the population of the district along with the trained people of this project. Our strong relations with the community and interest of people for learning IT and its novelty to the participants is the indicator for the sustainability of project.

What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
We do have a strong relationship with the people of hattian bala. We have active 1 district level, and 3 tehsil level networks. We also have 20 active village level mobilization committees that we formed in our previous project. We have a good relation with district press club and they are always available for our help. RYWO has a very good repo in the community with which RYWO wants to work in this project. Community has strong faith on us and believes that we always struggle for their welfare. Long term relation with community, their faith on us and our active teams in district indicates that we are the appropriate organization to implement this project in the said community.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
Challenge that we face may be the load shedding of electricity that is expected during the training time period but for coping up this challenge we have a solution and is generator that we hire on rent for the use of this type of conditions.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
Evaluation of primary participants can be done through filling and comparing pre and post training questionnaire by participants. Another useful method that will use for evaluation is the checking of their blogs, Facebook accounts and their status updates which are created after the training of this project. There will be one mandatory elements in the training for the participants is that after completion of training all participants have to create their own Facebook page and updates their story that can be seen by everyone. RYWO think that if participants who were not aware about the internet after the culmination of this project is able to manage his or her blog, or Facebook account and share and interact with other through any social media is the success of this project.
