The workshop existing monitoring tools were used in the internet: TOR, dolphin zero, message encryption, signatures etc.. (Try to leave the prism)
It is then necessary to be aware of what happened with Snowden. (Internet surveillance), it is important that all developed using creative commons content and source codes are free (open source)

What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
Currently this community is not yet actively made, we need to arm community. Today TEDIC're putting through introductory workshops in every media outlet, and some activities under Hacks Hackers.
Our commitment is to have your Hhasu committed, collaborative and active community that doesn't need TEDIC. The plan is to identify new players for the co-ordination and develop an action plan for the medium term.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
install the theme “data journalism” is a challenge. There is such a culture of research, and less how to tell stories, news through the data provided by the people, or some open data and analyze company or government.
There egos, it is difficult to build interactive collaborative groups.
The proposal is to show the global trend on data journalism, show how important it is to work in a team and horizonal, and how to care for the safety of all when writing a story or news.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
Through stakeholder participation in the conference and the list of incriptos in workshops, mail lists data journalism, Hacks Hackers meetup. Pictures, interviews, press coverage. Social Networking.
We define “success” when we have a solid community Hacks Hackers and finished projects workshops and tools used by the participants.
