Given the fact that most people especially in Africa is your note in the leading part of the government, their views are not heard off and they end up suffering i believe through this funding the people of the low status like the orphans, widows, street children, mentally affected, disabled persons, those affected by the war shall be able to raise their in terms of decision making that affects their lives positively in different aspects of life like economic, social, physical among others and this is because we are all equal given that fact circumstances contribute to their neglect.

40,000,000 participants will trained in about 6 eastern uganda districts in Busia, Bugiri, Iganga, Tororo, Mbale and Palisa

the conference room having a capacity to accommodate 100 computers, and alll connected to ADSL with a speed of 3gb
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
the people's desire to learn and advocate for others puts me at the edge of working with them and also the sophisticated facilities in place and the most interesting thing is that their culture is not humiliated by the project and this gives me the upper hand to work with them.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
the ignorance and failure to copy with this technology easily and lastly age factor of the old people since the project has got no age limit.

when the people's income level and education level has improved in terms of usage of the technology and how to integrate with their daily lives
