AGAM DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION is a local NGO always in touch with the community conducting monthly outreach on community health. We are skillful on community mobilization approaches and rather apprehensive when conducting research on health related issues such as eye diseases, HIV/AIDs. We usually raise community awareness on HIV/AIDs and environmental sanitation in Lango region with photographs taking for reflection on sanitation issues.
Continuous holding of consultative meeting with targeted groups shall be our motivation way of keeping them as partners.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
The targeted groups have been affected by 20 years on insurgency living people with diverse imaginative thinking even among those who took refuge in slummy part of the town who are meeting their daily living by local alcohol brewing creating alcohol addiction.
Holding constant meeting s with them and inviting security personnel to cancel them will motive the participation of community.
