Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
The project will work with indigenous communities in two municipalities, Tapacari in Cochabamba. Visualizes Contextual characteristics of violence and the construction of gender in the community, will visualize the bad habits , to change practices and customs to end violence , but also show , Many community practices to prevent and eliminate violence heal , such as group reciprocity , solidarity and support to community members , the transmission of knowledge , worldview , spirituality, identity and culture, from grandmothers preparing advice for interaction within the family and community. Healing as indigenous cultural practices that support women who live or have lived violence, offering rituals contributing to regain balance and harmony, to mitigate their physical and spiritual pain .

Our main allies are Kirkiawi indigenous organizations in Bolivar, which accompany since 2006 and committed organic. We belong to the platform for equality and equity rights activists working in Cochabamba to defending the rights of women. Work with the Commonwealth of the Andean region with whom we have an agreement for the use of their facilities for training. Within the project activities is also, it provides for the coordination with the government through its department human development, and coordination with other non-governmental institutions working with related to the defense of women's rights activities provided in the presentation of work .
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
16 women leaders in the exercise of authorities will be trained on the rights of indigenous women, digital video, photography and participate in all stages of the project, training, development of script, participation in the development of video and presentation. The video documentary will be in native languages to be translated to upload to the web to be shared with a global audience. The content will also be recorded on DVD. For distribution to women in rural areas where there is no internet and also serve as training material.

Through training workshops expect to deliver the basics of editing digital audio and video, and share these capabilities to the Internet through social networking sites yotube and women's social organizations. We are able to offer tools to create content in different formats, for which women will train in the basics of visual language, digital photography, making script and active participation in the documentary video

Training events will be held at the offices of the Commonwealth of the Andes where they have adequate space to conduct training workshops with free wi fi. And computers equipped for training.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
. We are people who were born in these communities, for work and higher education came to live in the city, we are accompanying the social organization since 2006 assisting in the technical support. We have accompanied various activities related to the defense of indigenous rights especially women. We know the political, social and cultural situation of the sector and its potential challenges to achieve their rights. Newest, elaborate proposals by women to participate in the pre summits to the Second Continental Meeting of Indigenous Women of ABYA Yala and we are committed to continue supporting their challenges and hopes of finding a better world where everyone has the same opportunities
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
Resistance of indigenous leaders of the organization to strengthen its capabilities in women's rights in the audiovisual language basics, digital photography, making script and active participation in the documentary video.
