The project will work with young indigenous peasant two ayllu originating in the Andean region of Cochabamba. With the advancement of new technologies of communication, young people are enthusiastic, young people have cell phones and internet centers in the towns, but do not know put to good use, strengthen the capacities of young people to the use of communication tools on the network. What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
The foundation has been working with indigenous communities for more than 14 years accompanying various activities and efforts. Since 2009 we started working with a team of engineers and technicians indigenous organization in conducting an operational plan of five pillars: leadership training, identity and worldview, higher education, economics and indigenous communications. What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
- One challenge is that the planning of the events coincides with the period of rest for good agricultural youth participation.

How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
We will measure through the following impacts:
