Women Groups at grass root have economic independence through garden & flower care service and agriculture project. But less of knowledge around technology media in order to spread the news about their activities or jobs, and sometimes also hampered by patriarchy culture which stated that this kind of activities only for men. Whereas women have a sense of beauty treatments in park service that will encourage economic income of families So it requires women journalists which can use audio visual technology correctly, distribute news to wider society in order to tell about women struggle

3 Women groups in community which are still became vulnerable subject that various kinds of important decisions in the family system still do not involve women role as decision makers. Whereas they play important roles in economic, politic principle in daily life. That's why we try to training them in garden care and agriculture strategy with using audio-visual technology as documented tools and became lesson learn tools and to show to others decision makers that women are have capability and able to do change in social, economic and culture. 3 women groups are young girl community, widow community and house wife they usually gather and conduct activities and share stories about their family live and environment issues. They are very concern about issues “green and clean environment.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
News about struggle of women in garden care service and agriculture business. The stories including challenges, obstacles and use it as film of documentation about their journey that using media video, photography or share their experiences on networking group in order to get support from others community and also they will perform a marketing business video related to their service job area. All of media output will be in the form of digital video, digital photography and put in social internet media (you tube, face book, twitter)
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?
Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established or plan to establish that will contribute to the success of the project.
In the future we have a desire for women's group has its own social, economic network using technology (digital video, photography) and it will linked with others women community or organization website or publish their own video on you tube. And if there are possibilities or chance their documentation using digital video can be covered at local or national TV because now many local TV programs encourage women struggle in economic and politic. With this strategy every women can enter their video and became ethical journalist and be part of global action changes. Until now we are connected with several NGO’s such as Aceh Human Security, Aceh Women Peace Foundation, and several local communities. We are transfer knowledge in technology especially digital audio and share it on wider network.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
Total participant are 12 people (there are 3 women group in 2 sub-district of South of Bandung and Bandung City, where each group consist of 4 people as representative person). The process of selection itself that can joint this training is conducted inside their own groups with specific criteria and terms of condition. We will use check list ,videos and photos training activity as Performance measurement of program
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
Me and my partner together transfer and teach about how to make documentation movie with their own version. First they will be teaching about story boarding and to up load video on you tube. The content of their video is related on how to make agriculture as business strategy with their own struggle. This film documentary as one of tool of solution to overcome poverty with using technology such as digital video as bridge to connect with others
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
The facility is complete package including room of conference to held workshop such as projector, meals and books for participant , 2 laptop computer that can be use, 1 internet with high speed connection (768k or 2M), and 2 USB modem, 6 USB flash disk, 2 Digital handy cam plus with 2 tripods, 1 digital cameras, 1 i-Pod
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
My relationship with these women groups is as consultant and facilitator. And I know the character of these women group very well including their life, struggle and their dreams to make their own stories because they think if they make a film or movie everybody will learn from the stories and take positive impact in their daily life especially women at grass root level in achieving financial freedom
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
Most of them don’t know about cameras, and how to use handy cam or never the less make blogs, face book, access to you tube and upload video or other social internet media (blind of technology). So I will try with my partner to use this technology approach and combine with together as a family strategy to make their feel comfort and not awkward about recent technology and try to make their realize the positive benefit to use this technology and share stories with others in the world especially women that having same condition or circumstance
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
I will measure the impact of this program by monitoring and evaluate the indicator key and tools of success especially focus on primary participant. The indicator key will outline how far the line of success and impact from their implementation activities. Tool of success will describe according to others view, opinions, comments and share them in the global digital community to see how far they respond if my community up load video on you tube for instant.
The success is not only to be seen from many followers or how many people watch their video but we have to look what their opinion and perceptive in positive angel. And follow up with using feed back mechanism and discuss to gather inside community in order to fix the errors.
