The TA.ZA.MI abbreviation stands for Tanora Zandry Miblog and translated literally as Younger Young Blogging. This project is mainly intended to train and to encourage young motivated people to create blogs by using social networking tools such as: WordPress, Facebook, Twitter, etc to enable local younger generations to create, share, and rank development activities which may unlock their hidden knowledges, cultures, stories and ability to act on environmental issues within our community. They might be key tools to reduce and mitigate poverty, empower citizens and strengthen their self-conf

Yet today, despite the considerable efforts invested to improve local situations, most of young and adolescents in Madagascar have poor access to vocational and life skills and little exposure to media and other information sources. This leaves them vulnerable to exploitation as they are often unaware of their rights, and they have also limited means to make their voices heard. That's why we're intensively interested in working with them to overcome the present woes they are facing.
We will obviously focus on promoting original talents, be interested only in working with local motivated young who are able to come up with a new sound and opening themselves to new horizons.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
In addition to what already said earlier, we will invest our strength to empower, motivate and enlighten young Malagasy who are willing to develop their community and to be the agents of change for promoting social improvement.
We will promote activism skills by encouraging an open discussion and freedom of thought of the local issues by organizing workshops, performing podcasts, mounting video and other appropriate means in order to bring a new fresh positive social change within the community.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?

These are partnerships that may contribute to the success of this project:
First, BUEC (Barikadimy’s United English Club), the club may be the key player in developing and implementing this project because I was among of the 10 creators of the club.
Second, RAVINALA tourist guide association, because I’m currently holding the Vice-President position of this association.
Third, JADE (Jeunes Actifs pour le Développement) NGO because when I was still working for FOKO, this NGO always worked together with us to organize environmental events and workshops. How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
We planned to train 20 – 25 motivated young people.
According to us, whether formal or informal, recognition will help participants to sustain a meaningful contribution to the project. And as we all know that sustaining adds stability, credibility, and continuity to the project. Additionally, a sustained membership will enable us to focus our efforts on our planned activity programs.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
The project will eventually use WORDPRESS to create the target contents.
To do so, the members are required to use computers, camera photo/ video, recorder devices and internet connection and that will bring them into contact with too many people outside of their community.
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
The workshops and the training sessions will be held at the Tamatave town hall. The facility will be used to introduce the existing young problem to anyone in the community who are interested on the project, including community college, high-school, and middle-school students and university students.
The workshop participants will have the opportunity to meet and discuss issues with a selected focus topic to provide an informal setting for active exchange.
The workshop facility will be equipped with computers, cameras photo/ video; projector screen and high speed internet connections to allow new possibilities for accessing information from multimedia resources.
The Workshop Organizing Committee will provide basic training aids on how to blog by using projector, screen, flip chart
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
Since we’re all living with them, we never had problems with them, according to us, we have very good relationship with the local community in where we're living. Why not to working together with them for a better future for our community and next generation
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
Our biggest challenge in this project is to keep members always inspired and motivated at all the time, it is important to be always connected with our own purpose. If all of us are aware of what we wants it is getting easier to stay motivated and inspired of what we’re doing to achieve our objective. It is then important to put challenges in front of us on a daily basis, that will help us in realising our mistakes and to go straight ahead to our objective. Motivation is the key.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
We will measure the project success by reaching our expectations. When we meet our daily goals, the day was a success. Weekly, then the week.
But overall, I will measure our success by ensuring that everything we are doing is in line with what we would hope and people would expect from the project
