The future economic prosperity and development of the Republic of Moldova depends on its rapid integration into an increasingly competitive regional and global economy. Due to the fact that Moldova does not possess natural resources (coal, oil, gas, etc.) – knowledge is recognized as an essential driver of development and information is seen as a valuable resource. Countries that do not embrace the information revolution and strive to build information societies that maximize the potential for applying knowledge and information in all spheres of life – education, economy, society, culture, government – are subject to the risk of being left on the margins of the global knowledge economy. Moldova has started the process of building the Information Society which is a new and much better form

What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
We understand that providing funds to our organization is not only an opportunity to address important issues, but also a risk. To help minimize the risk and to reassure that the project will meet its objectives, it is important to convey the strengths of the project. One of the strength is the social passivity of young people.
Young people through blogs and the local NGOs will be able to promote themself local and international, will be able to contact new friends, new ones, new possibilities of exchange personal experience in various fields, including interests, traditions, debates.
Also it will increase interest of young people to use modern information technologies, which will ensure social efficiency at local and global in the future.
