We´ve created a website and apps that integrate information of the memory of victims of cases of Human Rights violations of Latin America and Brazil.The contents are constructed jointly together with the affected ones and it´s shared in several languages and multimedia.As well the platform uses other interactive tools to share and integrate the information for human rights promotion and its activities.The proposal looks to get resources to develop on objects and handicraft items produced by victims with augmented reality codes to approach and address society and the stakeholders to the project

Groups:(a)4 of our team members, (b)victims of the cases of HR violations and/or directly affected ones from these events & (c)artisans affected by the scorch of violence;Within the work with all we will joint efforts to create contents and explain the events to society and instructional videos to teach them how to use and parcipate on the platform; Group (a) will produce and adequate the videos for sharing info of the cases and of the project using augmented reality codes on objects and handicraft items, some produced by group (c). The videos will explain the usage of our technological tools to participate and share with the society; Otherwise we help group(c)to generate income by showing their handicraft items to society. Since the internet familiarity is low, videos are instructional.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
The content that will be created with the proposal ar instructional videos to present and use the technological tools of the platform and contents that narrate the history of the victims. We will work with them and produce jointly the contents. These will be online and as well the history of the human rights violations of the artisans will come in the instructions with each handicraft item. These contents will be produced by the victims and we will show them and leave them a CD with the instructions to use technological tools within the platform as social media, trivia, send news, send catalogues of handicrafts, use trivia, promote events and activities on HR promotion, etc.

The Project has been shared with local an intl organizations in order to acquire funds for the memory construction of cases.We´d developed the construction of contents jointly together with the directly affected ones.The entire project is part of a measure of reparation of the InterAmerican Court of Human Rights, for the forced disappearance of my mom and linked to an order of the national sentence to construct a monument on the main square at Bogota for the non repetition of the events, of the Palace of Justice Siege including a big QR code that address to the info of the case Palace of Justice Siege.Project is known by victims, artists, HRdefenders, memorial centers and others. Otherwise our Public Relations Manager works with artisan victims of the armed conflict.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
This project has the aim to be shared and transmitted to the next generations. We will sustain its participation since it we will work for the interaction, participation and innovation of this and shared to the society this way. There is planning from a Stakeholder Matrix to strategically deliver the objects according to the interest to approach and make alliances increasing the participation on the platform.The Objects with augmented reality codes are innovations that will address the society to our content and fields of action. We’ll deliver strategic objects according to stakeholders:flyers,mugs and pens presenting the project for presenting the project;glass holders of the victims,places of the events, handicraft mugs,bags,pencil holders,breadbaskets,to promote culture and help victim
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
Technical Skills needed by our group: Excellent writting skills, knowledge of english and other language,high commitment, professional relatiosn with victims,video and audio edition, aurasma adecuation on objects,excellent management and organization of inventories before and after adequation.
This technology is technology and necessary for community because is the place where young people can be achieved. We will: 1) We will focus on presenting the project and the sections of it (give them a cd with the info as well); 2)We´ll focus on the construction of the contents of the memory provided by the victims (Group b&c); 3)We´ll focus on showing how the objects with smart codes will work,;4) we´ll focus
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
We will use for the production of contents and the reunion with the victims the community hall of the apartment in the north of the city of Bogota, Colombia where we´ve been working the workshops for memory construction. From this facility the multimedia material is going to be created. (Internet wireless connection to 2 laptops, 1 desktop hardwired, aprox speed 36mbps)
For the workshops with the victims we will take advantage that the Public Relations Manager travels often to the zones of Apartado and other municipals of the department of Cordova, the Databases of artisans we have and talk with them directly or through phone to ask for the orders.The payments will be done through the company “Efecty” paying 50% in advance.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
Unfortunately my mother was a victim of one of the most emblematic cases of Colombia. She was forcedly disappeared in and event called the Palace of Justice Siege. I have a very strong engagement with the project since I have put very strong feelings on this as a mission to give a good use of technologies and sharing of information about injustices that threatens to oblivion the victims of my country and region. Since this and that it is an historical case in here, I have good relations with groups and have had always a good response from other victims. My team members are responsable and have high commitment. The Public Relation´s Manager had already know and have a relation with the community of artisans victims of the armed conflict.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
TThere´ll be always obst but the specific objectives for this proposal are(i)to have the resources, personnel and equipment to create contents for the memory of the victims and pay tribute to them.It is not an ideological or political interest that we are defending or that we will generate or highlight differences that could bring more conflict or struggle.It is memory.(ii)The second objective is to develop content and share it with society in order to attract and approach current society and the future generations to the project. Using leading technologies.(iii) The third specific objective is that by this attraction generated be able to generate more strategic alliances and perform and better usage of the tech tools as TRIVIA or events to attract society to the Promotion of Human Rights
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
The project impact can be measured by indicators of the visit to the platform, videos and sections of the platform. We expect to achieve with the requested amount and work an increase of at least 450 visits on the website and the same increase as more interaction in our social media, as accurate visit to the components of the platform (website, Android and iOs apps and social media). As we´ll deliver a Report derived from the development of this campaign, databases of contacts, purchases, inventories, deliveries, response and other indicators as results of the success of this particular proposal. Within the report it will be described the behavior and participation of the groups on the platform
