The project aim to support women and young people in Rural Areas in Egypt to take their rights and enhance the services that provide to them by the State an the local NGO's by giving them the chance to access Internet and use social Media tools in a permanent way by having a “Small Safe environment Internet Center” that provide them with skills and PC's and Internet Connection to Learn and understand how to use social media and Use it as a tool to enhance their life.

In 2011 we Start a campaign with them and one of the main outcomes of it was the need to learn how to use Internet and social media to understand Specially that it was the first time for most of them to have a chance to participate in such a training and they asked to understand about the revolution and how to be active Citizens to achive their rights and services by using the internet as a tool for them and their kids ,
Most of the Participant do't have a chance to access internet or having Pc's at all and sometimes we had to take what they want to publish online like “poems” on papers and re write it for them online
Want to work with them to continue integrating them in the Society and we start the first step and impacts were so great that We learn more from them than what we Give

First part Will be mainly about ow to use internet and social media tools so the content will be acounts and profiles on social media tools and after that we will work on publish their work like “News, poems, Articles, Photos, Stories..etc” and last part will be supporting them to work on publish Videos

After Egyptian Revolution in 2011 we start an interactive learning project in the Area about Responsible citizenship we called it “Responsible Egyptian Citizen campaign” and mainly working with women and young people in the Area about the concepts like “Citizenship – Diversity – women rights – political Rights” we finished 8 workshops with more than 150 participants and the Grant will support starting the second part

How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
We already have contacts with about 150 participant ready to work with us and we will try to Train more than 300 participant and to sustain their participation we will work with the local Ngo in the Area to spread the Idea and we will also work with the participants and thier relevants from the same area

We will use social media tools specially facebook and twitter to support the community specially that facebook in Egypt now is one of the main tools that we use for networking people together and we will try to use it as a safe environment for the women in the Area to share their problems and needs so they can be able to achieve it and we will work with them from how they can use the computer till they can use internet and social media

What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
We already have contacts with more than 150 particpants from the community and we have Contact with the main local NGo that support them with health Care and many other Services and i already worked with them and i have a good Experience working with them and how to create a safe environment with them
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
We faced many challenges in the first time specially using the concepts and how we can clarify it and make it simple for them to understand and we will use the same tols that we used before with them and we will try to work directly with the local partners in the area to avoid the Security problem
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
before starting We will make a serveries and evaluation sheets about their level with technology and also about their main needs that they want to fulfill during the training and try to evaluate it through the levels of the training to be sure about the achievements
If your project were to be selected as a Rising Voices grantee, what would be the general timeline of project activities in 2014?
We will start by May till December and we may continue also in 2015
and we will start by Basic Courses about using computers
Then about using Internet and social media
and finally about Networking and ow they can use Social media to Work together
