This project proposal aims at facilitating access to the Internet vulnerable groups (people with disabilities and older people ). The project covers the development of the three important areas. First will be trained target group to be set up with people vulnerable, how to use Internet resources and social networks. Second is the work done with local Internet Media of Chernivtsi region, that they have created Accessibility online resources. Third conducting training for social services of Chernivtsi region as in touch with vulnerable groups through social networks.

Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
Project activities include working with vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities and older people. Currently in Chernivtsi region , as well as throughout Ukraine very small percentage of people with disabilities and older people use the internet as a tool . As recent events in Ukraine , thanks to the internet , many people learned the truth on the events that took place . Our project involves working closely with the target group in order to enable them to use the Internet. For the target groups will be conducted 2 trainings which will be explained how to use the internet and will also be printed in the books, with detailed instructions on how to enter the browser and how to look for news or friends on social networks.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
During the project activities will be developed for the target group of the book . In these books will be information on how to use the Internet. Will the information that is the internet, how to connect to the Internet to use your browser to increase text browsers how to use search tools and translators online, how to conduct registration in different social networks and how to use them. There will also be work done by local online media Chernivtsi region , so they put the information available to the target group and to possibly make this website more accessible to vulnerable groups. For representatives of social services will be conducted training on how to assist vulnerable people through social networks.

Our organization has already established cooperation with the organization which she implements projects for people with disabilities. We actively covered project activities in the online media Chernivtsi region. Also, we have established cooperation with the Chernivtsi Regional Library , inside which will be held trainings. During the implementation of this proposal , we plan to make a network of cooperation between online media Chernivtsi oblast and social services in order to provide timely news to vulnerable populations and to announce new laws or new opportunities have appeared for them.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
In our project will participate target group of 30 individuals older people and people with disabilities, 15 from each category. The project provides print books with instructions how to use the Internet. These books also have an impact on 100 people, as we plan to print 100 books, but they will have a greater effect works as a multiplier effect and the knowledge will spread.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
During training used personal computers connected to the Internet. Also for the task force examples are available online media area. Personal computers are the most accessible tool to use the internet, so he will use. Also added advantage in this case is that after the project target group will have the opportunity to visit the library and use the internet for free.
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
Seminars will be held in the premises of the library Chernivtsi region in space is 15 modern computers connected to the Internet, the approximate speed internet connection 10 MB. This is an additional incentive because the target audience for this project in the future will visit the library and use the internet that have a social impact.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
In the past, our organization with our partners, carries out projects for people with disabilities who have aimed at integrating people with disabilities into society, because we have had experience with the target audience. Partners Regional Library have experience with the elderly, they still held courses for older people how to use a personal computer. So thanks to our experience, we have a close relationship with the target audience.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
During implementation are possible problems with the representatives of internet media field since they have already established online platform and do not want to make them more accessible. But with the right motivation in the form of increasing the number of visitors, they will meet the organizers of the project.
Also one of the problems could bottle the specific target group but as there is extensive experience of our partners to work with them then this problem is minimized.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
We will assess the impact of the project through social networks created in special groups for our target audience. These groups on social networks will created by target group, after passing training. We plan to spend 3 trainings for them. Also, we assume that we have been successful in the project area as Internet media will publish reports about vulnerable people and at least 5 online platform will be adapted for vulnerable populations.
