3) enhance computer literacy among elderly people. hope to achieve- 1) Improvement the social condition of those underprivileged children 2) Increasing awareness of my local community 3) Enhance computer literacy among aged people, so they can have fewer burdens. The procedures – Taking help local administration, local NGOs and local peoples, create an open platform for discussion.

Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
They have important role. Me, my community friends and local administration and lastly the NGOs we have bigger role to sustain this project. We have to convince these underprivileged community, that how important part it is to their life, how it is necessary.
These are the poor people, who have no accession of proper basic necessities like food, cloth. They are underrepresented online.
I want to work with them to better-off my society, to give them better condition, to give them a new identity.
Population would be 20-25 .

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
For first, second and third objective, I use social media. I use local networking site. I describe and publish the whole current situation of the community with respect to three objectives.
My article should be highlighted in this manner so that people can seriously take those issues. The article should be eye catching. The local news address these three objectives, has to be updated day to day basis. So we can easily check how the work condition, how progress it is.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?

I want to establish my partnership with local NGOs who are playing very important role to achieve this goal.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
For my first objective, I am surveying and sampling my local underprivileged children. It could be 20, who are under 16. It can take 2 years to sustain their participation.
Second objective; awareness, it will be done by social media; the people would be 10 lakh.
Third, literacy to elderly- Similarly I take a survey and sampling to sustain their participation. The sample size would be 10 to 15.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
Computer with internet connection would be the good and easiest tool to train participant very adequately and quickly. I can easily visualize them what they learn.

2 to 4 computers with USB modem, interconnection speed 115.6 kbps.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
As a citizen of this community, I have the duty to take responsibility to these underprivileged children, vulnerable people and elderly people.
Yet the work to them is not enough, so as an individual I want to do something for them, I want to aware society to do something for them, So that I can make a good society. I think it can make me best fit for this project. I am master in economics. At present I am doing so many development projects. I can utilize my knowledge to implement this project.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
If I will face problem, that can come from these community. They are uneducated people. So I have to handle their issues very sensitively, I have to convince them that this work is how important to their life. I think it takes time to understand each other, but we can sustain that project.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
Success 1- when I educate at least 10 out of 15 underprivileged children,
Success 2- when my awareness program to society gives positive response gives positive change,
Success 3- when I give computer literacy to at least 10 elderly people out of 15, it will measure the success of the project.
