The organization is well known due to that it is founded by the community with 50 members from that community, they elect the Board every 3 years, and the Board nominate the Executive Director. The community had started a secondary school whose total responsibility and management was handed to NSOECVGE. The organization has also other project in the community; therefore it is much easy to call upon the community to take part into the organization programs for their benefit. the organization is a community organization, the members of the community are involved in its projects, it works for them and is ruled by them, there is no doubt the relationship with the community is highly considered good
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
The only and big challenge may be that the community may want to participate in exchange of a Per diem, as they are used to receive it in other trainings,
A potential solution is hereby prepared to sensitize fully and in the first ten days, the community will completely be interested as the program will include also other entertainment programs
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
The organization will measure the success of the project when it will see a number of the community members using social media on computer or mobile phones in different programs. The organization has official twitter and Facebook pages. It is not read mainly by the local community, so in the future we want them read it , comment it and post their stories on it. That will determine our success. Every participant will tell a story about his chosen topic at least once a month on social media, and the organization will be there to help.
