Sanitary workers are the poorest persons and are victimized by the local communities, concerned departments for the tough working hours, low wages, temporary employment,social and cultural exclusion,political victimization.Being the most ignored people having no employment rights, can be terminated anytime without any legal base by the government authorities due to political weakness and usually not granted the right to vote in the general elections.This project will have to support the movement protect their rights being the human and being the state servants.

Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
The beneficiaries are illiterate but Peace Mission Organization District Office helping them for organizing the meetings,public protests,peaceful inclusion of them in civic life, create awareness in them to use social media, citizen media promote their voice through public sanitation campaigns, workshop with public health department,Municipal Committees,District Councils, Journalist Organizations, Bar Councils, Human Rights activists and organizations. There are more then 2000 families directly and more then 5000 families indirectly will be facilitated to raise their voice and protect their human rights and their employment rights on sustainable way.PM District Office trained at least 100 people to use the internet, social media and link them with the citizen media groups like journalists.

PM is already working with the human rights groups and sanitary workers organization.the programs will be conducted with the partner organizations for maximizing and high lighting their rights violations.

100 Sanitary Workers will be trained for their rights, responsibilities, how to network with the social/citizen media for the maximum coverage. The educated family members will operate their social networks, like emails, facebook, twitter and link them to the cable operators, FM Radio,Journalists,and other organizations.

social networking through, Audio-visual Aid,focus group, workshops and conferences include a street theater with partner to promote their conditions and responsibilities of the communities towards them.One Documentary will be prepared on their domestic and working conditions and possible threats to their health and lives.

What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
Since the 70 years of independence of the country there is not a single organization ever work with them for their rights and well being. Peace Mission working with the communities for the human rights protection and that's why consider this segment of life is suffering from so long because they are poor and that's the reason PM is representative for them for their better lives in future.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
The Bureaucratic style of governance, elite and rich criticize the movement.But poorest of the poors itself are in the larger number and usually launched protests for their rights.The lanlord and reach communities are the biggest obstacle.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
The level of sensitization of the participants and reporting the violations to the media and organization on the district level will be monitored on weakly basis and discuss with the district management groups and other line departments for their protection of sanitary workers rights.
