We intend to follow a space-training workshop on audiovisual production through which adolescents that attend “La Luciernaga” can benefit themselves from appropriate audiovisual materials to produce their own technical tools. Thus, the fact that this population is completely excluded from the possibility of get

San Francisco, Provincia de Córdoba
Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
La Luciernaga” is in San Francisco, Córdoba. Argentina. This town borders the towns of Frontera and Josefina that belong to the Santa Fe province. These locations are embedded in the region of the Pampas “Gringa” that presents a great inequality. This region is not considered valuable regarding on popular expressions. Culture has a bourgeois and elitist concept. It is in this context that our positions and ethical position are stayed.
We work with children and adolescents in three locations that are characterized by poor or inadequate building infrastructure surrounded by low light, dirt roads and lack of access to certain public services in the city borders. There is little or no presence of the municipal and provincial institutions. Here is where we observe a deterioration of neighborh

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
we are committed to building speeches claiming and reaffirm the identity of these young people who are economically and symbolically excluded from society. We also seek to rescue the local and regional history, create and imagine new models and possibilities for them to dream of a different future.
We believe that the pulse of real life feels harder on the views and thoughts of the kids who express their hopes and injuries in a more beautiful and eloquent way, than words said and written on their behalf. The hegemonic and dominant spechees of common sense, stigmatize and placed kids in the spot of blame of social ills, without considering the structural causes that generate them.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?
Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established or plan to establish that will contribute to the success of the project.

How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
We believe that the way of working in the workshop space is the most appropriate for the 132 particpants. theoretical and practical work and for more and better learning. The dynamics of the workshop, organized in small groups, as we said before, to be no more than ten members, is important as it will manage content, procedures and deepen skills in adolescents. The space allows the role of facilitator in relation to the meeting level. A creative workspace in a comprehensive sense of training and promotion of participatory communication and active citizenship is constantly waited. At each meeting is expected to share personal dynamics, cooperative games and collective organization as triggers of laughter, fun and senses.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
The technology behind this project is to focus our linked audiovisual production:
• Photography
• locations
• Audio Editing
• Video Editing
• Sound Design
• Post-Production: Assembly and editing
• Digital Edition
Technical skills and expertise to bring to the project are those acquired from the university training and experience of each of the members.
We believe this technology is the most appropriate form that allows teens so they can show their abilities to transform the negative view that society has of them. Use audiovisual because our community is one of the main media. And lets be transmitted over the internet, social networks and television channels, reaching many people.

Who, among other characteristics, have difficulties with concentration that requires an exercise of reflection and intellectual production, to socialize without aggressiveness and to settle autonomy groups working towards collective goals at long-term. That is why the activities to be proposed at workshops will be designed and adapted to the pedagogical difficulties of the participants.

I think these adolescents deserved a space at the network beccause mass media don`t give
a right message about them. Let`s give them the chance to talk about their dreams, needds
and feelings. Look at this video of “LA LUCIERNAGA, SAN FRANCISCO” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTDyHPLknj0&feature=em-upload_owner-smbtn , about this proyect.
