The project is created as a powerful tool for the use of the media and social networks for the needs of the youth from the local community. To youth will be given a chance to go through the set of workshops and lectures about audio and video production, the knowledge of textual expression of the web journalists, the importance of the social networks in the information flow and the creating and the maintenance of the web platforms. The primary tool, which will be used at the end of this training, will be an online radio station blended in the web platform that has informative characteristics.

Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
The population to which the project relates are young people from 16 to 30 years of age. They are the ones that uses the Internet and social media the most but who needs to be guided and pointed out all the possibilities of the same. Today is unthinkable not to use one of the social networks and get informed. Young people are the ones who overcome the skills of working on complex computer programs easily, they follow technology because they live in the era of the biggest advancement of electronic devices. The team would be made of the youth from the organization „Čisto srce“ Prijedor, the initiators of the idea, because they want to learn more about media and to start one in the circle of their organization which would be the voice of the common sense of the youth in Prijedor.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
In the project big significance would have the online radio station through which young people would have the possibilities of creating their own shows. The show would be the voice of common sense in local community. Summary of the show will be directed to intellectual empowerment and all the possibilities that are available thanks to the media. They will try to affect the development of their friends and that way will educate through the media. Radio station will be promoted on social networks because they are rich resource that can then be utilized. Also, the wallpapers will be printed and displayed on billboards in schools.

The organization „Čisto srce“ is planing to make partnerships with youth organizations from local community and those partnerships’ goal is to insure gathering of information and their easy distribution. Through the partnerships we will try to directly involve some of the activists in the project. Our organization has made partners with some organizations from the local community and through participation in various projects. We have had cooperation with local and regional media, both electronic and written, and that cooperation is reflected in the active promotion of our organization mentioned in the media and their intense monitoring of our work.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
The ideal number of users is 10 young people between the ages of 16 and 30 who are willing to learn the skills needed to work in the media as well as others like social networks that are more and more becoming an important and interesting for young people. Their participation in the project will provide the interactive contact and participation in workshops and the entire project will be monitored by recording the documentary. Finishing and final assembly will be the task of the participants who went through workshops of video editing. This will ensure their continued participation from the beginning to the end of the project. Maintenance of participants’ work involved in the project requires coordination. For this coordination will be one person in charge of the project team.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
In the course of the project we would use unusual technology-based interaction and creativity. Participants in the workshops would provide the ability to simultaneously acquire new knowledge and apply them in practice, whether in general or online radio on the web platform (scroll or social networks).For that way we have feedback information by student and also we have insight in their interest and progress for acquisition new skills and the knowledge. The main tools which would be based realization on the project are online radio integrated in web platform which that will provide interaction auditory. The project team has the necessary competence and skills necessary for all training because behind their they have long positive experience in the field of labor by mediums.
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
The space are modern multimedia classroom equipped with ten PC computer with solid performance which satisfied needs education of multimedia. area and etc. In classroom be ADSL wireless internet which speed is 4mbps with constantly connection. Also possession video screen with 3d projector for presentations and video broadcasting. In that equipped space fifteen persons can exercise and learning undisturbed. The space are good illuminated and adapted for work daily and night term. They are located within office organization “Čisto srce” and serves exclusively for education and training seminar by area project management and multimedia work.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
The organization Clean Heart are the most active organization on local community. They have over 50 active students which prepare and implemented volunteer activity at least two times by month. The Administration of City are aware active participation ours organization in development process local community and for each case they prepare to provide support on realization all activity organization. High school students and students are very happy to participate in the voluntary actions of our organization. Until now, particular activists participated in the preparation and recording of various documentaries, multimedia and implemented numerous television and radio shows. The coordinator of the project and the project team have extensive experience in dealing with multimedia contents.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
We think that some serious problems in the implementation of the project will not have it for a long time preparing his Enforceable. For a lot of details we were careful and preventive eliminate most of the things that might have to be a problem. Potential obstacles that we expect in this project are mainly technical in nature. Current interruption of Internet connection, malfunction of software that we use in training or failure of the PC whose use for training. These obstacles can harm the implementation of the project as we are able to relatively quickly to eliminate them. Amend terms of education and in that time our activists who are responsible for maintaining the technical conditions diagnose malfunction and very easy to remove up to date to maintain the following training
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
The effect of the project on its direct beneficiaries scoops so you'll questionnaire to measure their level of knowledge in certain areas before the start of training and after completion of training. It is also an instrument to measure the impact of the project we will be alone and implementation radio programs and orientation of participants in the program live. Just launch a web platform with online radio and a team of 10 peer educators who are willing to transfer that knowledge to their peers will be an indication to us that the project is successfully implemented. If your project were to be selected as a Rising Voices grantee, what would be the general timeline of project activities in 2014?
Project activities will begin gathering and informing the project team on specific further activities. Saturday, June 23 of 2014., And it would be officially launching the project. The following activity is gathering 10 participants who need to participate in the workshops. This activity would be implemented seven days after the start of the project. The workshops would have started July 1st of 2014., Would be very intensive, three months. In the middle of July, with the advancement workshops, we would begin with the formation of online radio and web platforms. To obtain the equipment that we lack the participants separated into groups so that the groups can practically try on that acquired knowledge. Official opening of online radio should be at the end of August. By the end of September, we plan to complete with workshops and conduct a peer education by the end of December. During the whole project would be filming a movie about the implementation of activities.
