Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
We focus on the 20% of the city population on the Pareto principle. Very small part of the 200-thousand people have the opportunity to express their opinion about the problems of the city, the vision of its development and it makes in the urban communities. We want the voice of society was powerful and audible. And came up with a simple and cheap way of studying public opinion and influence to decision-making by local authorities.

Therefore, we focus on the qualitative selection and training of interviewers in the special training and training of podcasting and Quick analysis of audio content. We will also use elements of the viral marketing in promoting social web and the formation of sense of ownership of its development and the responsibility for the present and future of the city.
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
Trainings for processing audio we will hold in a computer class rehabilitation center “Chance”, which has 8 computers and access the Internet through the optical line. Training of interviewers will be held in the training room of the Center “Chance”.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
Our organization has established a draft Program of the civil society and social partnership development in the Bila Tserkva (www.cif.org.ua / program). One of the major objectives is creating a liability as an officer of the local government and civic culture and responsibility among the city's population. The first step for such responsibility we expect to make a public presentation of critical personal opinions of citizens and their suggestions to improve the lives of the population of the city through street interactive poll. In practice, this will be the preparation of the company for the introduction of e-consultations. Created technology of the street interviews will become an element of such system of consultation. Our staff and partners have experience in journalism, podcasting.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
Possible problems could arise in communications those polled on the streets. To prevent the problems we will create the microgroups of 3 trained volunteer and maintain contacts with law enforcement agencies on the SOS signal.
