Purport of this project is to teach participants create qualitative and original video content (especially to create personal channels on videohostings ) . In this participants of the project will take all steps of creating videos (from creation ideas to filming and editing , also promoting their personal channel). Participants will be divided into groups. Each group will be run by a coach. Under their guidance on the spot will be created videos , short films or internet show . Our target is to teach Ukrainian youth to do qualitative and original video content .

How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
15 people will get an opportunity to participate in the project. Set of participants will be done through the Internet (sites: http://studnews.org.ua and http://cinemahall.org ) and through social networks (https://vk.com , https://www.facebook.com).
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
Participants will attend workshops and trainings where they will be learned the basics of creating ideas, acting, video editing, operator skill and YouTube-channel management. Also, under the guidance of coaches participants will make their own videos, get practical skills of creating video content at all stages.
For ours part, we provide equipment for the participants and direct support not only for the time of the project, bun in the future. We believe that this project is necessary precisely because the participants get not only necessary theoretical knowledge, also they will get an irreplaceable experience.
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
Ukraine, Volunsky region, Kovel, hotel “Лісова пісня” (Lisova pisnea). All participants and coaches can be conveniently and inexpensively accommodate there. There is comfortable conference room for training and Internet.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
It will not be our first social project in this area. We organized an educational project “Cinema School” for children from the orphanage. For the third time we spend educational social project “Kremenchug Cinema School” for children and young people who want learn the basics of cinema. All results of these Projects summary were presented at various national and international film festivals («Молодое кино Украины» (Young Cinema of Ukraine), “Кінокімерія” (Kinokimeriya), “Кришталеві джерела” (Crystal sources), “Веселка” (Rainbow)) where they won prizes. Also they were laid out on the video sharing YouTube and social networks. Also, we have created our own YouTube channel for which we charge a variety of shows and short videos.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
Time limit. It is difficult to teach someone who knows nothing about how to shoot a movie and come up with a quality video content for 5 days. But we will overcome this problem using the interest of people enthusiasm of the participants and trainers, total immersion into the creative process, competently prepared program of the project and the continued assistance of trainers.
Gathering of the participants. We are not able to pay for travel to the venue, so participants will have to get there and back at their own expense. This problem will be solved with originality of our project and the interest of the participants that will not be stoped by it.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
Our project will be successful because participants will be able to work with their own personal channels in different regions of Ukraine after their return from a five-day workshop, that will produce qualitative newsletter.

1. May – detailed planning of program elements.
